Shipping & Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing Neighborhood Classics. Every jacket we produce is crafted with premium materials and made specifically for our customers. Because of this, all jackets are sold as pre-orders and are produced after your order is confirmed.
Order Process
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, the following process begins:
- Order Confirmation – Your payment is confirmed and your order is entered into our production system.
- Design Approval – If your order includes customization or personalization, final artwork will be reviewed and approved before production begins.
- Production – Your garment is handcrafted by our overseas manufacturing partner using premium materials and embroidery techniques.
- Quality Inspection – Each garment undergoes quality control before shipment.
- International Shipping – Orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility and must clear international customs before arriving in the United States.
- Final Delivery – Once customs clearance is complete, your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Production & Shipping Time
Because every jacket is made to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for production, international shipping, customs processing, and final delivery.
While many orders may arrive sooner, production schedules and customs processing can occasionally cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every garment meets our quality standards.
Order Updates
We believe communication is just as important as craftsmanship.
Throughout the production process, Neighborhood Classics will provide updates regarding your order whenever significant milestones are reached. If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Information
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Neighborhood Classics is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Neighborhood Classics, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Orders
All jackets are produced as pre-order items and are manufactured only after full payment has been received.
Orders cannot begin production until payment has been successfully processed.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time an order is placed. We do not begin production without payment.
Production Timeline
Customers acknowledge that production and delivery may take up to four (4) weeks due to manufacturing, quality inspection, international shipping, and customs processing.
Custom Orders
Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, and design details before production starts.
Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for complete eligibility requirements.
Shipping Delays
Neighborhood Classics is not responsible for delays caused by:
- International customs inspections
- Weather events
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Intellectual Property
All Neighborhood Classics logos, artwork, designs, branding, graphics, and product concepts remain the exclusive property of Neighborhood Classics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Neighborhood Classics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Neighborhood Classics, we take pride in producing premium-quality apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist with a return or exchange under the following guidelines.
Return & Exchange Window
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Any request made after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted. No exceptions.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must:
- Be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- Have all original tags attached (if applicable).
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise not in new condition are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized apparel.
- Limited edition or special release products (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items marked Final Sale.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, replace the item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items based on product availability. If your requested size or color is unavailable, you may receive store credit or a refund, when applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or an incorrect item was shipped by Neighborhood Classics. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
